Course Overview

This would be of interest to those who are interested in learning how to use Microsoft PowerPoint and perhaps have not used it before or have limited skills and would like to learn to make more professional, or effective presentations.

This course coversthe basic features and functions in PowerPoint, including:

  • Storage and retrieval
  • Creating presentations
  • Editing slides
  • Combining information
  • Reviewing and printing

Assessment Methods

There is an exam within the College at the end of the course, and there will be plenty of practice to ensure students are ready.

Progression Options

Many leaners have built up so much confidence that they progress to other courses to enhance the qualification they have already gained – often electing to enrol on ECDL Essentials at Level 1, enabling them to work towards another employer recognised qualification.
