During your time with BTC this course will be taught as a combination of remote delivery and some classroom delivery with the option to remotely sign in if you are unable to attend. At all times you will have access to a suitable qualified and experienced tutor who will be able to support you in your learning.
This course can also be studied as part of the HR Support Apprenticeship L3.
Units of study/what is involved
CIPD student membership fees. This will be directly paid for by the student to the CIPD and please check with the CIPD for their current costs.
Although not obligatory, a course textbook.
Blended learning of remote and face to face delivery.
Written assessments using business formats such as business reports and powerpoint presentation. One practical uint requires an interview role play.

|Attendance Requirements||You will attend blended learning teaching sessions one afternoon a week during term time and be expected to complete written assignment work in self-study time at home. For the remote teaching sessions please ensure you have a computer with microphone and it would be helpful if you have a video link.|
I decided to do Level 2 Business which I thoroughly enjoyed which made me chose to develop my understanding of Business and so then I went on to do Level 3 in Business. I have gained confidence, knowledge and multiple skills throughout the course and It has helped me to understand what I want to do in the future.
