Mindfulness to Manage Stress - Bridgwater & Taunton College

Course Overview

This course is for anyone interested in becoming better able to manage their own levels of stress or who feel they might benefit from an insight into mindfulness in order to support others with coping mechanisms for stress.

This course is delivered by a trained and enthusuaist practitioner in state of the art facilities.This course will include theorhetical and practical sessions and provide lots of time to put your theory into practice. You will be practising with others in the group.

Assessment Methods

There are no formal assessments but you will be given feedback by your tutor to help you learn and then master some mindfulness techniques.

Progression Options

There are other courses available in college to help support mental health including weekly yoga sessions.
