Floristry Intermediate - Bridgwater & Taunton College

Course Overview

This course is aimed at those who wish to expand their existing floristry skills, possibly explored in our Introduction to Floristry course, to discover new techniques and design influences. Learners will cover a diverse range of designs and study the general principles of floral design. So it’s essential that applicants have an interest in traditional and modern floral design.

You will have the benefit of excellent classroom/site facilities and highly experienced teaching staff. There are additional opportunities of study tours to Holland and Spain if enrolled with the College during those dates.

Candidates are required to supply their own floral materials and a suitable range of tools and equipment plus an apron and full cover shoes.

Assessment Methods

There will be constant guidance from tutors and verbal feedback on the learner’s progression. Learners will receive a College Certificate on completion of the course.
