This course is intended as a follow-up to the successful Introduction to Permaculture and will look in detail at designing in a permaculture system and how to construct a range of elements within it. It is delivered online using our Virtual Classroom. With so much focus on the environment across the world the principles of permaculture address many of the issues involved. We are running this course following the success of the Introduction to Permaculture Course and as a result of requests. It is delivered by a senior member of our horticulture team with long experience in the industry.
During the 4 sessions you will have the opportunity to work with others in discussing permaculture and work collectively to develop some of the skills involved- due to the nature of the class (evening online) it will not be possible to undertake outdoor work during the sessions, but those on the course will be encouraged to practice these skills in their own time.
This is a non accredited course and includes no formal assessments.
We run a number of RHS accredited courses for adult learners in Horticulture at levels 2 & 3. There are also a range of online virtual evening classes on other specialist horticulture topics during the year.
