Course Overview

This course is for those who have a little or no prior knowledge of Spanish and wish to learn the language in order to be able to communicate on holiday.

Classes are taught by a native Spanish speaker with extensive experience of teaching Spanish to adults.

You will have access to lots of useful resources to help you develop confidence to communicate in Spanish.

Assessment Methods

The lessons include plenty of opportunities for conversation practice, grammar, use of the internet and video.

Topics include:

  • Getting to know each other (talking about yourself)
  • Culture, food and drink in Spain and Spanish-speaking countries
  • Learning basic grammar through interactive language exercises and games
  • Moving around, using trains, buses, airports and finding places.

You will be given plenty of opportunity to speak Spanish with others and given feedback on how to improve your pronunciation, fluency and grammar.
