We are excited to announce our next Masterclass in the BTC Business Skills Masterclass series.
This session will focus on managing Employee engagement and wellbeing and will take place online using Microsoft Teams.
The session will provide:
• Techniques for ensuring employees are productively engaged with the organisation’s goals at this challenging time;
• Practical suggestions for supporting employee wellbeing whether working from home, on furlough leave or in the workplace;
• Insights into the induction process for new employees working from home.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
Our guest speakers will be Shelley Poole and Lisa Flack.
Shelley is Managing Director of Wellington HR and the Vice Chair of the West of England CIPD branch. Shelley has been working closely with local employers in recent months to support them with the issues being discussed in the workshop, and will share her insights gained from this challenging time.
Lisa is a Trainer Assessor for HR Apprenticeships at Bridgwater and Taunton College and joined the organisation during the first lockdown period. She will be sharing her engagement experience and how she is using this and her experience as a HR professional, to support her learners during the current climate.
