If you are a school leaver, an adult learner looking for a change of career, want to develop your career further, or are looking to start a Degree level programme, then our Open Day is the perfect opportunity to find out how!
With land-based courses including agriculture, animal management, arboriculture, countryside management, horticulture, equine, fisheries, floristry and food technology, this event may give you the inspiration you have been searching for to take your next step.
Our team of highly experienced staff will be on-hand to answer your questions and facilities will be open for you to have a look around and enjoy.
Head to our Animal Management Centre to visit all the animals we care for and learn from. You may even have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some animals, from fluffy rabbits to more scaly reptiles.
Our Agricultural Innovation Centre is situated on our farm and will be open for you to tour the facilities our students use to implement the latest innovative farming techniques. You can also visit our working dairy farm to meet our resident cows and gain an insight into the industry.
Our National College for Nuclear will also be open and staff and students will be on hand to talk to you about our Nuclear courses.
Take some time to visit The Walled Gardens of Cannington. This beautiful facility allows you to not only to learn about the flowers, but also to explore our new aquaponics centre where cutting-edge techniques are being used to grow the food of the future.
