With 192 study bedrooms, Canonsgrove is an intimate community that reflects the diversity of our student body.
You’ll live in a grouping with six or seven other people, sharing kitchen facilities and benefiting from an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a wireless broadband connection. Canonsgrove has a laundrette for residents, as well as a bar, communal lounge, pool table, sports hall, outdoor barbecue area and café. It is overseen by a team of wardens, who ensure a safe and friendly environment where everyone is valued.
Taunton has easy access to train, bus links and motorways to London, the Midlands and Wales. It is approximately one hour’s drive from Bristol and Exeter airports. The halls have a varied calendar of social events, from sporting events to party nights. You will be kept well up-to-date with all up and coming events.
There is a bus stop directly outside the Halls of Residence, with buses running regularly throughout the day. It is a thirteen minute bus ride to College or a twenty minute cycle ride. There are cycle racks available at Halls and on campus. Taxi’s are also available.
Parking is free but spaces are limited. All vehicles are left at your own risk. You must take out appropriate insurance as the College will not cover any loss or damage.
