We will work with you to help you advertise your apprenticeship vacancy. We will, where requested, support the promotion of the vacancy through the national apprenticeship service website, our own website and social media platforms. We will also, where appropriate, share the opportunities with our existing students and the talent pool of individuals interested in an apprenticeship.
Working alongside you and your own recruitment process, we are able to support with follow up activity once your vacancy has closed. This can include sifting and sorting suitable candidates for you, supporting assessment days and pre-interview activities and generally keeping in touch with the candidates. We will work with you to tailor this element to suit your needs.
As part of the team’s overall process we keep an up to date talent pool of apprentice applicants who, where suitable, will be put forward to your vacancies. This cuts down the timescales from advertising to interview and gives you reassurance that these candidates have been given a conditional place on the college element of the apprenticeship subject to them finding suitable employment.
