At Bridgwater & Taunton College, we believe that learning never stops. With so many opportunities offered at our campuses, online and in the workplace, now’s a great time to embrace lifelong learning and professional and personal growth.
Here on our website you will find out about the types of training and courses available at the College – one of the broadest curricula of any college in the UK! You can also apply, enrol and make payment through the website, so it’s really easy to get started!
As well as a huge variety of subjects to choose from, there are also various levels for differing abilities and requirements, from leisure type courses which might be just for fun to learn a new skill or hobby, through to professional qualifications and university level study. We offer courses where no prior qualifications or experience is necessary, through to postgraduate Level 7 courses, and Distance Learning courses, where you don't have to attend College.
With so many opportunities available, our teams offer an impartial, confidential service to help you decide which type or level of course is best for you, and provide information about funding, health and well-being, plus support for those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
So what are you waiting for? Enrol now to secure your place! We look forward to meeting you.
Are you 19 or over and thinking of starting a College course? Then you can apply for a Government loan to help fund your studies!

The Loans are designed to support learners with their course fees in a similar way to how students studying university level courses receive a higher education loan.
If this is your first Level 3 course and you are aged 19 – 23 on 1 August 2018, you may be able to get the course for free!
How do I apply?
You will be able to apply for a Loan from May 2018 for courses that start between 1 August 2018 and 31 July 2019. It is recommended that you complete an online application to enable your application to be dealt with more quickly; visit the Direct.gov website.
