Calling Year 10 & Year 11 students: develop your practical skills ready for the future of the automotive industry with a six-week introductory course to hybrid & electric vehicles.

The first instance of this course is taking place on Tuesday 09 May, 4.30pm-6.30pm at our Bridgwater Campus, and will run for six sessions in total. Please see below for exact dates and times. If you’re a current Year 10 student interested in a future in the Automotive industry after finishing school, this free course is for you.

Led by our expert tutors, you will gain practical experience on brand-new vehicles such as a Toyota Corolla GR Sport, Volkswagen e-Golf and Honda Civic Type R, using tools and diagnostic equipment specific to electric and hybrid vehicles. This will be perfect for those interested in further education in these areas, whether at BTC or beyond.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited nature of this course, interviews will be conducted to determine candidate suitability. These interviews are due to take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 27 April between 4pm-5pm.
