Music & Music Technology students enjoy first Future of Music Festival - Bridgwater & Taunton College

Music & Music Technology students Bridgwater & Taunton College enjoyed a day of music workshops, masterclasses and performances at the College’s debut Future of Music Festival.

National exhibitors from the music industry including Musicians Union, Performing Rights Society and drum & Bass producers Ill Truth held Masterclasses covering all aspects of their expertise.

The festival also hosted the launch of the College's very own record Label ‘BrainWorks’ which has been created by and for the students enabling them to release their own music on a variety of music platforms including iTunes and Spotify.

The evening saw a wide variety of live performances from students from both Bridgwater & Taunton campuses. BBC Introducing also broadcast from the event as well as hosts Sam Bonham & Richard Pitt giving some great advice to the students on how to succeed in the industry.
