The HPC Supported Traineeship is for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and aims to support trainees to gain sustainable paid employment.

Trainees will complete 5 weeks of work, Health and Safety and employability preparation and 5 weeks in a full time role within HPC or one of their contracted companies. At the end of the programme trainees are guaranteed an interview!
