Our Apprenticeship programmes are designed with employers to reflect the demands of the marketplace and tailored to learners at all levels. BTC’s strong local networks and close employer partnerships have enabled us to identify local, regional and national skills training needs that constitutes to our extensive Apprenticeship curriculum – continually enabling us to add value to both employer and apprentice at every stage.
BTC offer over 20 suitable courses for councils and local authorities. Many of these have flexible start dates and delivery models.

We also have free Flexible Learning courses suitable for all sectors here.
Industry Placements:
Placements provide employers with additional support from a learner studying an industry relevant course. They will involve a 45-60 day placement in a relevant role with a host employer.
For the launch of the T Levels we are looking for dynamic and pioneering employers to partner with us for each of the courses we run, with the commitment predominately being based on your business offering Industry Placements for BTC students. One of the first T Level qualifications that will require a business to host an Industry Placement for a student is the Digital production, design and development T Level. Our dedicated Business & Relationship Managers will consult on your training needs and requirements based upon an understanding of your business. Helping you to make an informed decision by conducting a training needs analysis that focuses on building the skillset required to grow the knowledge base in your workforce.
Our collaborative relationships with employers, seeks to understand workplace cultures, expectations and challenges by delivering OFSTED outstanding Apprenticeship programmes, work-based commercial courses and Distance Learning across the UK.
