Course Overview

  • This course is designed for anyone that would like to gain skills and receive a guided introduction to bread making.
  • This popular course takes advantage of our professional facilties within The Quantock Restaurant whereyou will be knocking your dough into shape to create some floury masterpieces!
  • As well as creating a traditional white loaf you will also try your hand at naan and soda bread. You will not be going home empty handed as we help you create you very own sourdough starter to nuture. As if that wasn’t enough to fill your day you will create your own lunch using some of your newly acquired skills making pizza dough.
  • This is a lovely course learning from our friendly, knowledgable teaching team who will offer you a warm welcome with coffee and cake! The aim of the day is to equip you with the skills so you can replicate and develop your produce easily in your own kitchen using our bespoke handbook created especially for you. Don’t forget to bring a bag or box to carry all of your fabulous results home.
