Course Overview

In recent years, many organisations and companies, particularly within the engineering and manufacturing sectors have seen the Business Improvement Techniques qualification as a vehicle with which to up-skill their employees and add value to the business as a whole. The qualification is aimed at top level and middle management, project workforce and production supervisors. Also those with a role to play in increasing efficiency and productivity within the business, through greater understanding of their own business and workplace contexts and an appreciation of the wider business environment and established theories and techniques in current practice.
