Customer Service Apprenticeship with Business Administration
Level 2 apprenticeship for those working in an administrative role where they will build the skills, knowledge and competencies to support business systems, processes and services and contribute to making the business more efficient and productive.
Flexible delivery options for employer’s requirements.
NVQ Diploma in Business Administration Level 2
This qualification covers the essentials of business administration, allowing the learner to develop the skills and knowledge required in a business environment.
Business Administrator Level 3
Level 3 apprenticeship for those in an administrative role who support and engage with different parts of their organisation and who interact with customers and wish to develop their abilities in business administration.
Level 2 apprenticeship for those in a customer-focused role who provide customer and product services for organisations, including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written communications.
Level 3 apprenticeship supporting accounting-based roles such as an Assistant Accountant, Trainee Accounting Technicians, Accounts Clerks, Cashier Finance Assistants, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Clerks.
Upskill these roles to include an AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and build on knowledge, skills and behaviours in the job role. Through a blended-learning package, Assistant Accountants study:
Level 3 apprenticeship supporting those in a role where they are using online and social media platforms to design, build and implement campaigns and drive customer sales.
Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3
Level 3 apprenticeship to support team leaders/supervisors in a first line management role who would like to earn recognition and a qualification in management that supports them with operational/project responsibilities and the abilities to manage a team effectively. Apprentices study a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership.
Operations / Departmental Manager Level 5
Level 5 apprenticeship designed to support managers who manage teams and projects in line with their organisation’s operational or departmental strategy. Apprentices will study a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership.
HR Support Level 3
Level 3 apprenticeship for those working in a HR support role who may be handling day-to-day queries and providing HR advice ranging from recruitment through to retirement.
Level 5 apprenticeship for those providing human resources expertise, leading the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges together with tailored advice to their business in a number of HR areas.
Associate Project Manager Level 4
Level 4 apprenticeship to prepare apprentices for roles such as assistant project manager, junior project manager or project team member. Associate project managers need good planning, organisation, management and communication skills to utilise resources to work in a motivated and integrated team.
Industry Placements:
Placements provide employers with additional support from a learner studying an industry relevant course. They will involve a 45-60 day placement in a relevant role with a host employer.
For the launch of the T Levels we are looking for dynamic and pioneering employers to partner with us for each of the courses we run, with the commitment predominately being based on your business offering Industry Placements for BTC students. One of the first T Level qualifications that will require a business to host an Industry Placement for a student is the Digital production, design and development T Level.
