The unit aims to provide you with an understanding of the role of digital marketing and integral elements such as search engine optimisation, internet market research, digital marketing devices and technology.

  • Understand the use of search engine optimisation
  • Understand the requirements of marketing research using the internet
  • Understand the uses of digital marketing devices and messages
  • Understand how to use digital technology for marketing purposes

Assessment Methods

Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.
